Delivery

Standard delivery involves items being sent attached to a branded display card within a sealed plastic bag. All orders are sent in padded envelopes to keep them as safe as possible.

If you choose Free Delivery, your items will be sent Second Class as standard using Royal Mail. Delivery upgrades are available for UK deliveries, allowing for the item to be sent First Class using Royal Mail.

Our gift box service means your chosen products are sent in a stylish black gift box with the option to use First (in the UK) or Second Class postage.

We now offer International Delivery – please note that items can take up to 7 working days to arrive if shipped internationally.

If your billing, PayPal or Esty delivery addresses vary, the item will be posted to the billing address unless we are told otherwise by the buyer.

Refunds and Returns

We only provide refunds and accept returns on items that are faulty or damaged/lost in transit. We will require photo proof of any damages before a refund can be processed. Only the price of the items purchased will be refunded, postal charges will not be refunded. Postal costs for your returns will be reimbursed. Unfortunately, we will not provide refunds for items you decide you on longer want or need.

Payment Policies

We accept payments via debit or credit card via Stripe, and also through PayPal. Please note that you are able to pay through PayPal without setting up a PayPal account.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment via cheques. Packages will not be sent until payment has been received and will thereafter be posted within 1-2 working days.
